Consumer Psychology in the Age of Artificial Intelligence
How people decide, and how to use that knowledge in marketing. A hands-on workshop on the four central decision barriers that stop conversions, and how to dismantle them systematically.
Why this training?
Why do people not buy, even when the offer is right? The answer often lies not in the product but in unconscious psychological barriers standing between your message and your customer's decision. These resistances work automatically, and your customers usually cannot name them themselves.
Once you know which decision barriers stop a purchase and how to overcome them, you can move your customers to buy. AI acts as an amplifier of your communication in the process, for better and for worse. Anyone who understands the psychology behind it also sees what to watch for when generating content with AI.
In this hands-on workshop you get to know the four central decision barriers and how to shape your communication so that it is not only seen but acted on, using concrete examples from B2B and B2C. What sets it apart: you do not learn ready-made scripts or tricks, you learn the psychological system behind them. The principles work universally, on landing pages just as much as in a sales conversation, a newsletter or a pitch.
