AI at your desk
Asking AI properly, AI helpers that actually help

A training day that brings together AI foundations, safe prompting and your own AI helpers for emails, documents, spreadsheets and research. Hands-on, usable straight away, with or without prior knowledge.

Trainer: Jakub Popluhar, M.Ed.  ·  Format: On site, full day (morning + afternoon)  ·  Topics: AI foundations, prompting, data protection, your own AI assistants

Why this training?

Most staff have long been using artificial intelligence. Only rarely properly. They treat a high-powered thinking tool like a better search engine, enter sensitive data into uncontrolled tools, and trust results that sound convincing but can be wrong.

The result is three quiet costs: productivity given away, unexamined data protection risks, and a growing uncertainty about what is and is not allowed when working with AI.

This training day puts the two together: the morning builds the foundation, how AI really works and how to produce reliable, checkable results, the afternoon builds your own AI helpers for recurring office tasks, with legally sound handling of data.

The format

Morning

Part 1, AI foundations and prompting

How a language model really works, spotting the usual failures such as hallucinations, the CITE(R) framework for reliable prompts, shadow AI, and the three-second rule for names, figures and strategies before you send anything.

Afternoon

Part 2, your own AI helpers

Modeling of Excellence and prompt layering for complex tasks, building your own AI assistants with NotebookLM and Custom GPTs, GDPR and the EU AI Act translated into plain terms, Zero Trust against deepfakes and CEO fraud.

Practice, not theory With or without prior AI knowledge No paid subscription needed Accompanying learning material included Own laptop recommended

What do participants learn?

  • You understand how AI works, and you see through the usual failures such as hallucinations and sycophancy, the model simply agreeing with you.
  • You use the CITE(R) framework to write prompts that deliver reliable, usable results.
  • You build your own AI assistants with NotebookLM and Custom GPTs for recurring office tasks.
  • You solve complex tasks step by step with prompt layering instead of mediocrity at the push of a button.
  • You know the data protection foundations, the three-second rule and the key requirements of the EU AI Act.
  • You recognise manipulation and forgery, from deepfakes to CEO fraud, and you know how to protect yourself.

Who is this training for?

  • Working professionals who want to use AI tools safely and productively in everyday work.
  • Staff from a range of specialist areas and departments.
  • People who want to make processes more efficient and better structured.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need prior knowledge for the training?

No. The training is designed for participants with and without prior AI knowledge. Everyone starts at their own level.

Which AI tools are covered?

The methods are tool-independent and work with the common assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. The free versions are enough for all the content.

Is the training built to be data protection compliant and legally sound?

Yes. Data protection foundations and the key requirements of the EU AI Act are a fixed part of it.

Can the training be booked as in-house training?

Yes, for teams and departments.

Twenty minutes in which you have to buy nothing.

In the intro call we work out whether this training suits your organisation. If another format fits better, I will tell you which one.
