AI in everyday HR
What two thirds of your HR colleagues already do, and how to do it properly

HR routine? AI takes it. The decision? That stays human. A one-day training that brings together AI foundations, GDPR-compliant prompting and your own AI helpers for recruiting, onboarding and appraisals.

Trainer: Jakub Popluhar, M.Ed.  ·  Format: On site, full day (morning + afternoon)  ·  Topics: AI foundations, prompting, data protection, AI assistants for recruiting/onboarding/appraisals

Why this training?

Two thirds of Austrian HR departments already use artificial intelligence. Most of them without confidence. They enter candidate data into uncontrolled tools, trust AI-generated text without checking it, and do not know where the line runs between permitted support and unlawful automation.

At the same time, HR teams handle the same recurring tasks every day: job adverts, rejection letters, onboarding paperwork, appraisal forms. Easy to automate if you know how, and risky if you do not, because no area of the company handles more sensitive data than HR.

This training day puts the two together: the morning builds the foundation (how AI really works, handling candidate data safely), the afternoon builds your own AI helpers for everyday HR, with the human decision kept where it belongs.

The format

Morning

Part 1, AI foundations for HR

How a language model really works, spotting the usual failures such as hallucinations, the CITE(R) framework for reliable prompts, and the three-second rule for candidate data, salary figures and health data before you send anything.

Afternoon

Part 2, AI helpers for recruiting & onboarding

Building your own AI assistants for job adverts, rejection letters, onboarding checklists and appraisal forms. Modeling of Excellence as a prompting technique, using HR documents as a knowledge source in a GDPR-compliant way, Human in the Loop as a duty, not a bonus.

Practice, not theory With or without prior AI knowledge No paid subscription needed Accompanying learning material included Own laptop recommended
